Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time from your billing settings. The change takes effect at your next billing cycle.

What happens when I hit the free tier limits?

At 50 unprocessed items or 5 projects, you'll see a friendly upgrade prompt. Your existing data stays safe—you just can't add new items until you upgrade or clear space.

Is there a refund policy?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If Inboxero isn't the right fit, email us within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or students?

Yes. Nonprofits and students get 50% off Pro and Team plans. Contact our support team with verification and we'll apply the discount to your account.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Team plans can also be invoiced annually with NET-30 terms.

Can I cancel at any time?

Absolutely. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, then your account downgrades to Free automatically.
